**About us**:
The Queen Square Library is a shared resource between the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology and UCLH’s National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, housing a national and international specialist collection.

UCL LCCOS - Library, Culture, Collections and Open Science - provides outstanding staff, services, and resources to support the world-class research, education and enterprise that is undertaken in UCL, and connects the world with UCL through innovative programming and engagement activities. LCCOS is acknowledged as an international leader in Open Science and Scholarship.

**About the role**:
Based in the Queen Square Library, you will provide a high level of customer service and user support to staff and students in Queen Square. Duties will include staffing the Library service desk, dealing with Library and Archive enquiries, inducting new users, and assisting with Library administration and collection management.

The post provides an excellent opportunity to gain wide-ranging experience in a specialist library and archives environment.

This is an on-site role, and as such, is not suitable for remote working.

**About you**:
This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.
