The White Horse is a welcoming country pub situated in the heart of Balsall Common - Warwickshire, that has recently reopened under the Wells & Co Managed Pub estate. We plan to close in May for a short time to refurbish, restore, renew back to the community pub that everyone knows and loves.

Your role as FOH Supervisor:
We are looking for talented, motivated and passionate Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.
Supervisor duties include:

- Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
- Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
- Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
- Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
- Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
- Being a supportive and proactive leader

You will need to demonstrate:

- Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
