Resident Host- Wandsworth- £27,000pa plus generous bonus
Location: Southwest London
Salary: £28,500pa- DOE
Experience required: At least 1 years experience within the property sector
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Resident Host to join their team in Wandsworth.
About the client:
My client is a huge Build to Rent company who are looking for someone with Property experience or Build to Rent experience to join their brand-new scheme. You will be a vital member of the front of house team and will build strong relationships with the residents and foster a strong sense of community through arranging events. You will also conduct all lettings activities.
Your role as a resident host will include:
• Ensuring that you always provide great customer service, and greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a friendly manner.
• Conducting pre-check-in and post check-out checks, to ensure that the move-in process for residents runs efficiently.
• Encourage as well as support resident engagement, through the planning and execution of events and activities in the communal areas for residents to attend and network.
• Handle daily enquiries from residents and attempt to answer as well as solve these queries wherever possible.
• Make sure that you consistently keep updated with health and safety standards.
• Flag up issues with maintenance to be fixed on the same day.
Previous property experience or hotel experience is essential. My client can offer you a great opportunity to develop your skillset further within the Build to Rent sector. • Bubbly personality
• At least 2 years property/ student accommodation/ hotel experience
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Previous experience working in a customer facing role
• Ability to multitask to complete a long to-do list
