**Compliance Officer**

- Hours: 40 hours per week

**Role**:
We are looking for a Compliance Officer for our leading Domiciliary Care Agency within the heart of the East End of London.

As our Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring that policy, process, evidence and records are maintained in accordance with the guideline stipulated by all relevant regulatory body requirements and CSB policies and procedures. The Compliance officers tasks include but are not limited to:

- **Quality and Compliance**_
- Support in all regulatory, industry and company standards
- Work with the Director and Registered Manager to identify and develop key policy areas
- Review documents and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Highlight or escalate areas of concern in relation to quality audits
- Work with all other departments to nurture the organisations culture of regulatory compliance
- To monitor continuous improvement of processes in relation to both internal and external quality assurance, including reasonable adjustments, special considerations, appeals, malpractice and maladministration and sanctions
- experience in regulatory compliance, GDPR, and Risk management
- Lead "lessons learnt" exercises
- Conduct detailed customer account reviews for auditing purposes and to ensure fair, fact
- based resolutions for customers. Lead the provision of feedback and additional training where required as a result of compliance risks
- **Administration**_
- Correspondence with third parties and external stakeholders to a high standard of detail
- Maintaining of evidence and records electronically and hard copy files
- Managing record keeping and filing
- Structuring of documentation
- Scribing minutes and report writing for meetings and panels
- Holding meetings, disciplinary, safeguarding investigations
- Assembling, interpreting and analysing data to inform Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and

Key Risk Indicators (KRI)

- Degree or Equivalent
- IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Word, excel PowerPoint); essential
- Prior experience of working in a regulated sector in a compliance role
