Think Family Recovery Coordinator
**Overview**:
Change, Grow, Live are a national health and social care charity and we help people with challenges related to drug and alcohol use.
Our partnership with Norfolk County Council enhances support for families affected by alcohol and substance misuse across Norfolk.
We are recruiting a Think Family Recovery Coordinator to work with Children’s Services colleagues as part of the Intensive and Specialist Support Service.
The Intensive and Specialist Support Service promotes the Vital Signs for Children principles providing direct interventions to vulnerable children and families in Norfolk.
This approach supports positive change through evidence-based substance misuse interventions and relationship-based practice.
**Responsibilities**:
This role is a great opportunity for you to support and inspire other people whilst continually gaining new skills and experience.
You will manage a caseload of service users and work colaboratively with various external agencies to safeguard children of parents using alcohol and (or) drugs.
The hours are 18.75 per week. Much of the work is delivered in the family home so access to a vehicle is necessary to carry out home visits.
Our values are to be compassionate, open and bold. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you so click apply.
