Estates and Facilities Business Partner

This Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Business Partner who is committed to supporting the Trust to educational excellence.
You will work in partnership with the central and academy staff including Headteachers and site staff in each of the academies to manage refurbishment and expansion capital projects.
Additionally, you will support the academies in all aspects of the academy properties including upkeep, maintenance, compliance, security, health and safety and facilities management.
You will be expected to:
- In partnership with the Head of Operations and Compliance, contribute to an estates strategy for the Trust
- Implement the estates strategy across the academies in partnership with Headteachers and Academy Business Managers/Partners
- Manage refurbishment and expansion capital projects
- Support all aspects of academy property management including upkeep, maintenance, compliance, security, health and safety and facilities management
- Provide advice and an expert perspective on estates planning and development activities
You must be:
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- An effective team member
- Experienced in estates and facilities management
- Experienced in compliance procedures (asbestos, fire, etc, legionella, gas, electrical etc)
Do you have:
- Project management experience
- Contractor management experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £37,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
