Scaled is at the cutting edge of early-stage business growth consulting and is growing fast. As part of our plans for 2024 we are looking for an awesome Senior Consultant or Partner to help build out our central product and service delivery strategy for 2024 and beyond.

Our consulting team supports founding and senior teams deliver ambitious growth plans right that cross the entire business management spectrum, from initial strategy and got to market, right through to sales and marketing, operations and the scaling of back office.

And to ensure that high standard of focus and end service continues we need a superstar business growth consultant to join the team and add further capacity and experience to our offering.

With a client base that is made up of both agency and SaaS businesses we need someone that can comfortably coach and partner with super-ambitious, often strong willed and minded founding and senior teams to help steer their growth.

It means that we are ONLY looking for people that can demonstrate 10+ years experience in very senior agency or SaaS business roles and who are confident enough to lead from the front with a pocket full of lived growth pains and experience.

Your job, should you be ambitious enough to accept it, will be to become an extension of our existing and very experienced consulting team made up of exited agency founders and senior team members.

As part of the interview process we would expect you to be able to explain how you’ve previously built or significantly grown a service of SaaS business and share exactly how you did it. Lived experience is an important part of our unique service and offering.

You’ll also be expected to prove that you have experience in leading (not just managing) very senior founders and senior teams.

For the right person they have the opportunity to grow a team around them as we intend to aggressively pursue this as a key part of our strategy for 2024

**Salary**: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
