**What you’ll do**:

- Act as an “Oracle” for the building
- Support positive relationships with key client stakeholders and Sodexo colleagues
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance
- Comply with food safety and health and safety regulations and ensure daily completion of all compliance requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role
