Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position based in our office in Westbury.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent administrative and clerical skills
- Proficient in computerised systems such as Microsoft Word, Projects and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with clients or colleagues

Note: This is a full-time position based in Westbury, Wiltshire. We do not offer remote work or part-time positions for this role.

Pay: £20,605.00-£23,500.00 per year
