Customer Service Administrator

Our client are a national radio broadcaster looking for a new member to join their team in Sussex.
Based in our clients Crowborough office, you will join a friendly team to respond to the many aspects of the companies Customer Service requirements. This is a varied role with diversity to keep your interest with opportunities to grow new skills.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Purchase ordering.
- Accurate records maintenance.
- Issuing Event tickets.
- Queries and complaints management.
- Order Dispatch.
- Data entry and handling.
Desirable experience:
- Working knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management Systems.
- Extensive administrative experience.
- Customer service experience.
Desirable skills:
- Excellent customer focus and strong listening skills.
- Able to manage time and tasks effectively.
- A clear, positive and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn processes quickly.
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work efficiently and with good attention to detail.
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
