**About The Role**:
Data plays a key role in the future of Morrison’s in helping us grow and harness the benefits of insight and effective governance, there is an exciting opportunity to join the data team shaping the future of how Morrisons sources, builds, uses and protects its data. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Morrisons.

As a Data Management Analyst you will be responsible for supporting us on this journey, establishing new ways of working, leading cleanse activities and delivering with a hands on approach.

Accountabilities

Data Management
- Taking ownership of improvement streams, leading workshops and analysing data to establish management practices and opportunities.
- Establishing ways of working including process re-engineering and compliance metrics
- Developing standards and ‘What good looks like’ embedding them with Morrisons culture and influencing senior stakeholders.

Data Quality
- Developing logical tests on what good looks like for our critical data.
- Standing up new data environments and developing predictive data quality.
- Leading cleanse activities with stakeholders including analysing and producing cleanse packs.

Data Architecture
- Capture & Define Critical Data Elements (CDEs) alongside helping to shape the framework to ensure lineage is traceable through to the Architecture

**About You**:
Skills, Qualifications and Experience

As a Data Management Analyst, you will have experience of:

- Technical - Basic understanding of SQL would be an advantage, an understanding of how to present/organise data would also be beneficial.
- Business Analysis - Ability to analyse requirements and translate to the business
- Organisation - Self-organising individual with the ability to balance multiple streams of work.
- Communication - An Effective communicator both written and verbal, will be responsible for organising and supporting business engagement forums such as clinics and the data community. Able to take the technical speak and translate it to the business.
- Stakeholder Management **-** Strong relationship building skills are essential.
