Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate an existing team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their sales techniques and strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to drive individual and team improvement.

Customer Engagement:

- Cultivate a customer-centric approach within the team, emphasising understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Foster strong client relationships by demonstrating genuine interest in their inquiries, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates from inbound inquiries.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and identify areas for improvement to optimise sales processes.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and techniques.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Proficiency in sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
