'''Job Overview:''' We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to elderly individuals in a residential or nursing home setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. '''Responsibilities:''' - Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication according to prescribed instructions - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents - Document resident observations and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel '''Qualifications:''' - Proven experience as a Care Assistant or similar role in a senior care facility - Knowledge of elderly care principles and practices - Ability to provide physical and emotional support to residents - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and patience when dealing with elderly individuals - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about providing high-quality care for seniors and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you. **Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
