**Job Description** We are looking for an enthusiastic customer focussed individual to join our Mortgage processing team, as part of our Mortgage Club in our Camberley Office.**

**Main responsibilities of a **Mortgage Case Administrator**

**Skills and Experience required to be a **Mortgage Case Administrator**
- **Being driven** and **self-motivated**.
- **Good telephone manner**, strong **relationship building** and **customer service skills.**:

- Ability to use your **own initiative** and **problem solve** quickly and efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- IT literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
