Your role as QA Admin is a varied role bridging the data between Pepco and Poundland, Clothing and GM. You will be responsible for shaping the Poundland strategy aligned with Pepco to ensure we have a coordinated approach across the business and excite the customer.

**Your Impact and Responsibilities**:

- Completing Local Authorities databases when product recalls arise
- Updating Oracle IT system
- Approving Quality flag for purchase orders (PO’s) in Maersk shipping system
- Sample management

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Have a degree level qualification
- Previous experience of working in a retail environment
- An understanding of how retail work so enable you to support
- Proven track record of relationships
- A basic knowledge of in-house procedures, legalities, and QA process
