**Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Apprentice**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Bootle, Liverpool

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an M&E Maintenance Apprentice to join us on a a 4 year apprenticeship scheme. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Please note, this role is a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Apprenticeship opportunity with the aim to achieve a qualification in mechanical / electrical installation and maintenance work.**

**The role**:

- Support the site facilities team in the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services
- To work and train under supervision and to achieve a qualification in an associated trade.
- To undertake scheduled planned and reactive maintenance tasks under supervision.
- To undertake scheduled installation works under supervision.
- Respond promptly and politely to service requests, including those received directly from the client
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with the Bouygues team, building users and client representatives
- Ongoing awareness of Health and Safety and follow procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- To attend college for theoretical and practical experience and manage own college workload and take ownership for timely completion of assignments
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; this is a 4 year apprenticeship

**The person**:

- 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C/9-4, including English and Maths
- Willingness to work in a trainee role to attain a range of technical skills
- Understanding of building services installation and basic electrical maintenance techniques at a rudimentary level essential
- Understanding of drawings desirable
- IT Literate
- Experience working in a team (either from work, education or hobbies)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
