**Job Summary:**
Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer Apprentice to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer Apprentice, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance in a commercial building environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance tasks in a commercial building environment.
- Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and maintenance.
- Work on air conditioning systems, including air handling units and fan coil units.
- Perform chillers re-set and water treatment tasks.
- Assist with plumbing and pump maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
- Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
- Escort specialist subcontractors as required.
**Requirements:**
- Electrically qualified level 3 (C&G, NVQ, etc).
- 18th edition certification.
- Current or previous HVAP (High Voltage Authorized Person) certification (preferred).
- Experience working in a critical environment.
- Ability to provide copies of trade certificates.
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including continental shifts.
