**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
At Station Hill you will be supporting 4 individuals, with a range of different needs, to help them to live their best life possible. They each have a range of different challenges in their lives, including visual and hearing impairments, autism and learning disabilities.

The people we support here enjoy a variety of different activities, such as, walking, cycling, listening to music, going to lovely coffee shops and also baking at home.

They would also describe themselves as kind, fun loving, considerate, respectful of other people's space and have a love of music.

The ability to drive would be a benefit for this role.

There is always at least 3 colleagues on shift at one time.

The staff here work 0700-1430, 1330-2100, waking night 2100-0700

In order to support us to have the Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in hearing impairment, autism and learning disabilities.
