Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 4 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. As a support worker here, you will need to be able to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, be a team player & be passionate about caring and supporting others. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development. Shift patterns are: 7am-2.30pm, 1.30pm-9pm and nights are 9pm-7am. We can consider full or part time hours. Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. This is why we're really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values and we recruit people from all walks of life; From people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role, from people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives, to people with no experience at all.
