**Workshop Administrator for a HGV Dealership.**
**As an HGV Service Administrator you will**:

- Undertake all relevant administrative duties within the service department, whilst taking telephone enquiries and making customer service bookings.
- Contact customers from the database to inform them that their service is due, managing the service plans, completing all paperwork accurately, maintaining records using computerised systems.
- Liaise with colleagues and management in various departments
- Costing and estimating of jobs
- Invoicing jobs
- Customer follow ups
- Good levels of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**As an HGV Service Administrator you will have**:

- Previous experience within a similar role is required for this position or experience within the Motor trade.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to the role, making the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, providing the very highest level of customer service at all times.
- Experience delivering customer service over the phone and face to face.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
