Shared Service Administrator

You’ll work with the vetting team ensuring that the company conducts a full screening process on all employees as required under including BS 7858 and the BSIA (British Security Industry Association) code of practice.

This role is home based and you will ideally live in or near to Manchester

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Support the Vetting Officers to manage the screening processes in an accurate, timely and confidential manner, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are fully informed of progress throughout the process.
- The receipt, recording and compliance checking of SIA Licence Application forms and criminality checks.

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- Experience in an Administrative or similar role within Human Resources, Regulated Processes, Vetting, Resourcing or Pre-employment
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- An ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent attention to detail
