**Business Development Manager - Energy Solutions**
**B asic salary£25,000 to £30,000 -** **Uncapped OTE + Company Car + Benefits**

My client is one of the fastest growing and fastest moving Energy Management companies in the UK. They are looking to add a new business focused field sales professional to their existing team. They are an ethical, customer focused business who provide genuineconsultancy solutions to their clients and have a great reputation in their market. **The Role**:

- This is a field based role, working from home but with some time spent in the office in Elland when needed
- Selling energy management solutions to medium/large businesses of varying markets
- You'll be self sourcing your own leads as well as following up on some provided from other methods and booking appointments over the phone which you'll then carry out yourself so you'll ideally spend 3-4 days on the road.
- There will also be some management of relationships with existing clients but the focus is on the new business element of the role
- Booking and attending client and prospect meetings and presenting energy brokerage, energy contract renewals and energy management solutions.

**The Person**:

- Field sales experience is essential, you'll be a talented new business developer, used to sourcing appointments for new business.
- Experience working within the energy sector would be great, but other business to business backgrounds can be considered.
- Someone used to dealing with mid size customers rather than just small SMEs is important too.
- You'll be used to using a CRM system and updating information and sales pipeline
- Comfortable working to targets and understanding how to manage the sales process from start to finish, you'll be passionate and proactive in your approach.

**The Package**:

- A basic salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 is offered depending on experience
- 5-15% Commission payable on annual GP value (Depending on contract sale duration)
- There is a company car provided
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + an additional day for your birthday
- Pension, laptop, phone etc are also included
