We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a
**Receptionist **to join our team working in
**Exeter**. You will join us on a
** part-time permanent** basis
**working 22.5 hours a week**, and in return, you will receive a salary of
** £13,181 per annum plus excellent benefits.
**About the role:
This role is a fast paced and in a busy environment, so we are looking for someone with a strong customer focussed and administration background that is up for a new challenge.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll be covering the switchboard ensuring that all enquiries are answered and diverted promptly to the correct department as required
- You’ll also be responsible for administering and maintaining the access control system to ensure that contractors and visitors are signed in correctly and access cards are given as appropriate to ensure the continued safety and security to all staff and visitors on site
- You will be responsible for managing the meeting room booking system to ensure all meetings within Peninsula House run smoothly
- You will also be supporting the mailroom with inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure GDPR and audit policies are followed

**What we are looking for**:

- Great IT skills, and proficient experience in Microsoft 365 including Word and Excel packages
- Proven experience in an administration or customer service environment working in a busy multitasking team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels, with a confident approach to dealing with internal and external contacts
- Able to prioritise conflicting priorities and work to set deadlines
