The Industrial Work Solutions UK LTD are currently recruiting for one of our leading clients. We are looking to speak with Senior Town Planning Consultants.

Join our client as a senior planning consultant (DM) and you’ll help to shape the future of places. You’ll be part of a large, friendly team with an outstanding track record in development management, planning policy and consultancy services.

This is an unrivalled opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work. We have five planning hubs across the country; London Borough of Barnet, Breckland, Manchester, North Tyneside and Belfast and we support flexible, home working.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Preparing and presenting evidence on appeals
- Providing high quality professional advice on planning matters to your clients
- Negotiating with applicants and agents
- Positively supporting and sharing your knowledge with your team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Eligibility to become a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
- Relevant experience working as a public or private sector planner/senior planning officer or consultant
- The ability to manage your own time and meet challenging deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build good client relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
