Situated in our Mayfair office, our employee-owned practice delivers comprehensive architectural, interior design, building surveying, and project management services. With ongoing projects encompassing both large
- and small-scale residential developments and commercial ventures, our continued success prompts the need for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join us.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with senior job runners across all RIBA stages.
- Prepare drawings for Concept Design, Planning, and Building stages.
- Contribute to the production of high-quality technical and construction detail packages.
- Support in the development of architectural models and renderings
- Utilize the software Revit software daily.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK regulations.
- Experience in UK-based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.

**What You Can Expect**:

- Competitive salary: £27,000 - £29,000.
- Company-covered public transportation costs.
