**Opportunity for Architectural Assistant (Part II) in a Visionary Architecture Practice**

An esteemed architecture practice is seeking a dedicated and innovative Architectural Assistant (Part II) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that integrate all elements of architecture to create buildings that are not only functional but also elevate the human spirit.

**Role Overview**:

- **Position**: Architectural Assistant (Part II or Equivalent)
- **Location**: Based within our dynamic studio, reporting directly to the Project Leader on a day-to-day basis and ultimately to the Senior Partner.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the preparation, development, and editing of drawings, models, and other design documents under the guidance of the project leader.
- Engaging in client liaison alongside other professionals to define project parameters including building type, style, and landscaping requirements.
- Conducting site studies to understand conditions and site characteristics.
- Monitoring construction work to ensure compliance with specifications and design intentions.
- Actively participating in design discussions and contributing to the development of design options.
- Documenting professional experience in accordance with RIBA or equivalent standards.

**Qualities and Skills Required**:

- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage confidential information sensitively.
- A self-motivated individual who can show initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Effective interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritize tasks efficiently.
