My client is looking a Temporary Administrator for 3 months to work alongside colleagues and be a central point of contact for assigned cases.

Main duties
- Work closely with the surveying team and ensure works are scheduled and completed.
- Be the main point of contact for other teams and external agencies.
- Support and prioritise workloads to contractors within agreed timeframes.
- Manage all documents and records and respond to referrals and arrange inspections.

Skills required:

- At least 2 years administration experience within Microsoft Suite and Excel.
- Any surveying software experience advantageous.
- A team player.
- A good communicator with a proactive approach

Please note this position is office based.
