Lettings and Sales Assistant

Responsibilities & duties:

- Arranging viewings for potential tenants/buyers
- Carrying out viewings and house visits
- Liaising with tenants/buyers and vendors
- Assisting with managing maintenance issues
- Assisting with checking tenants in & out of properties
- Progressing Sales

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

**Salary**: TBA plus bonus scheme

Schedule:

- Monday, Thursday, and Saturdays (weekdays open to flexibility)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence

**Job Type**: Part-time

Supplemental pay types:
