**Team Support Administrator**
**Overview**:
My client is a leading/specialised market research provider and operates from a vibrant modern Newcastle based office supporting well known leading brands and deliver specialist technical and class leading services.
We are supporting our client with the recruitment of this new vacancy due to their ongoing business growth.
**Hours**:Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
**Holidays**:22 days + bank holidays
**Salary**:22k - 24k commencing
**Ideal Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility to pick up new tasks quickly
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
**Duties**:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare compliance documents
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
