**Job Description**:
The Senior Benefits Speacilast is a high-profile role in the People & Culture team, and a key contributor to ensuring we deliver an outstanding colleague experience.

You will be an operational partner to the business on reward and benefit matters globally, as well as support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the Reward, Performance & People Operations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Head of Reward on the design and delivery of cyclical activities globally, including pay review, bonus and share based incentives
- Maintaining and delivering our pay strategy globally through the review of pay structures and both internal and bench marking of roles
- Developing and delivering the Reward elements of the employee engagement and communication strategy
- Working with the HR Systems Administrator to maximise the potential of our HR system, Dayforce, to drive engagement and understanding of Reward & Benefits
- Day to day management of reward, benefit, and pension suppliers globally.
- Being the first point of contact for our People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and People Operations team on any questions or issues regarding pay, bench marking and benefits globally
- Partnering with Finance colleagues globally to ensure that all Reward, Benefit, and Incentive initiatives are correctly budgeted/forecast
- Providing analysis and insight on Reward matters for the Remuneration Committee, Executive Team and external reporting, including the Gender Pay & Bonus Gap report and Directors’ Remuneration Report
- Stewardship of HR Policies and handbooks globally

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience of working within a Reward function; i.e., experience in pay review, bonus, share based incentives, and bench marking
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work in a complex and challenging sector
- Likes to be involved in the detail, data, reporting, etc
- Be able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively and inclusively, within and outside of the organization
- Intermediate to advanced level Excel
