We have a singlesite manufacturing in West London and one retail store in Central London.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and is looking for that next challenge in a growth business.
The role will be based in our West London site so only individuals who are able to commit to travel to and work from our venue in Brentford will be considered. We can also only consider applicants with existing eligibility to work in the UK.
**The Role**:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, communicating effectively with other shifts and working with all third-party logistic partners to ensure targets are met on time.
You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include goods in and inventory. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating all activities with the relevant managers in Operations to ensure works do not impede any production-based activities or fulfilment based activities and all works are booked in accord
- Responsibility for receiving stock and rotating stock based on shelf life
- Ensuring stock levels are reported on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of supply in both raw and finished goods
- Staff management of your team on matters such as holiday requests, overtime, recruiting, labour distribution, reviews, skills training, and tracking required Health & Food Safety training
- Developing each of your team members potential, ensuring their personal development is achieved where possible
- Consistently maintaining a high level of accuracy on all company paperwork
- Managing and encouraging a positive Health and Safety culture including investigations, hazard reporting, MHE observations and supporting the implementation of new policies
- Ensuring that all rules governing Behaviour, Hygiene and Quality systems are followed at all times
- Reviewing, identifying, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to continually develop and enhance the function
- Promoting a positive working atmosphere by encouraging good communication between all colleagues, dealing with any issues in a constructive manner

**Work Experience and Specialist Knowledge Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in food and beverage
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong level of computer literacy including ERP and WMS
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and keen eye for detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload
- Positive and flexible approach to a new challenge
- Have worked in a scaling business
- Fluency in English
