**Vehicle Collation / Pricing Assistant**

UK Vehicle Dismantlers is a fast paced, progressive business, due to expansion we are delighted to announce we currently require a vehicle collation / Pricing Assistant for our busy dismantling & salvage yard in Newark (20 mins from Lincoln)

What’s the role?

The main purpose of the role is to fully inspect accident damaged and insurance write off vehicles, taking a full comprehensive record of all the vehicles details - the role will also involve automotive parts identification, pricing, image quality control and output to multiple digital e:commerce channels.

Full training and support will be provided for both roles.

What responsibilities will you have?

Imaging all vehicles that arrive on site to our set industry standards.

Disconnecting the batteries on all vehicles to ensure they are safe for storage.

Completing a full record of the vehicle information and damage to be logged in our yard

management systems

Use forklift to move vehicles/parts as requested - forklift training can be provided if necessary

Secure locating of vehicle keys

Clearance of data on vehicle in car entertainment

Pricing vehicle parts for sale using data and insight to determine competitive and effective prices.

Imaging of vehicle parts and vehicles

Researching and inputting manufacturer part numbers and other specifications against various vehicle parts.

Identifying parts from vehicles with special and/or additional features, assigning relevant information and pricing accordingly.

Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to ensure a high level of service is received and targets are met.
- Assist in Stock Control and Inventory Processes and Procedures
- Picking and packing parts for despatch

- Work well on your own or as part of a busy team
- Strong communication skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask methodically and safely
- Health and Safety awareness

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Our site is 20 mins from Lincoln City Centre

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour - dependent on your experience
