UK Addiction Treatment Limited was set up in 2014 and provides 160 beds in eight locations across the UK providing medical detox and therapeutic rehabilitation for all addictions inc. (but not limited to) alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, heroin, prescription drugs, eating disorders and gambling. Our facilities range from luxurious rehabs with ensuite rooms, gyms and full on-site medical nursing units.

Main duties of the Admissions Coordinator:

- Assess potential clients for proposed admission to UKAT and if not appropriate or external treatment centres Rehabs or Detox services.
- Liaise with clients and the funder to collate all the necessary client pre-admission information.
- Agree and communicate admissions pathway information to key stakeholders including the client, the client’s funder and the centre team.
- Manage end to end finance process including confirming the fee and invoice and payments details with the client or funder, ensuring accurate invoices are presented and invoice queries resolved in order to receive prompt payment for treatment.
- Ensure that all client and funder details are recorded, collated, uploaded and maintained as accurate.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential referral sources.
- Produce monthly performance reports.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the Admissions Manger.

We’re interested in speaking with someone who is able to keep a confident and upbeat attitude throughout the day and be confident speaking through a range of platforms. They must be passionate about helping those in addiction recovery and have the confidence to calm and encourage clients through the phone. First-hand experience of the recovery process or working in the field of addiction is essential for this role.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to multitask
- Computer literate and confident working on online databases
- Successful track record in meeting and exceeding outbound calls and call-backs and timekeeping.
- The ability to gain a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to empathise with and fully assimilate the services being offered.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritising tasks.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (between 7:30 and 22:30, 5 days per week (weekend work required on a “weekend on, weekend off” basis over a 4 week rolling rota.
