Business Coordinator- South Region

Introduction:
You will provide a business support and co-ordination service to the Group Referrals Manager (GRM) and team of Partnership Development and Referrals Managers (PDRMs) for all Elysium services in the South of England.
The postholder will be an integral member of the team, working both on the direction of team members and by using their own initiative to prioritise, question and check where needed.
Working from home with occasional travel to services across the UK or to face-to-face team meetings as required, the postholder will bring previous administration and organisational experience to complement the expertise of the BDD/PDRM team and be able to manage a dynamic workload, prioritising as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Record all referral information in line with the Elysium referrals and admission policy
- Record response times to referrals, assessments and outcome decision
- Record all enquiries on Hubspot
- Ensure all customer contact details are correct and maintained
- Process and upload contract and IPA information, input all changes to costings, including cost uplifts and amendments to care packages
- Report all known anomalies or unpaid invoices
- Generate weekly reports to check all information on census, inCharge dashboard, Live referrals dashboard and Carenotes to ensure they are up to date and respond to anomalies.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a 'cando' attitude.
- You will be a real team player with the ability to work as part of a team or selfdirected following delegation/instruction from team members.
- You will have the willingness to contribute to team and divisional success and go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
- Have effective internet search skills and an ability to interrogate information to harvest useful data for the team.
- Be methodical, very good attention to detail.
- Be flexible and adaptable when required.
