**Description**:
Are you an experienced Cash and Bank Assistant?

Do you prefer working within an office environment?

Would you like to join a high performing finance team?

Do you enjoying working in a fast paced busy environment?

**What's involved on a day to day basis?**
- You will complete bank postings for key bank accounts
- You will be responsible for reconciling accounts, investigating and correcting differences
- You will reconcile credit card/online payment scheme receipts to monies received.
- You will process and reconcile transactions of a complex nature.
- You will monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities.
- You will liaise with other departments, retail stores and bank to ensure all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
- Ad hoc duties required to support the finance department as a whole.

**Am I right for this role?**
- Are you proficient in working with Microsoft Systems, more specifically Excel?
- Are you a strong communicator with the ability to influence both verbally and written?
- Do you pride yourself in having a good attention to detail?
- Do you enjoy working in a busy team?
- Do you thrive working under pressure?
- Are you able to prioritise workload?
- Are you innovative and like to challenge existing structures, with a view to improving existing ways of working?
- Although not required a background in Retail would be advantageous as well as experience of working with Retail point of service systems
- Experience in Dynamics AX would also be advantageous.
