**Position**:
Due to continued growth, we are looking to acquire the services of an empathetic and skilled Receptionist to join our team at an exciting period of growth and deliver a first-class customer journey.

The Receptionist is a client facing role. As a Receptionist, your job is to create a welcoming and calm environment for patients, responding to the patients’ needs and answering queries.
- Meet and greet patients
- Offering refreshments to patients/ensure the coffee and tea supplies are replenished
- Taking payment for invoices
- Coordinating with HCA and doctors to dispense patient’s prescription when appropriate
- Answering patient queries
- Mark patients as attending on Semble and confirm details
- Check privacy policy has been read and confirm on Semble
- Ensure patients have completed an MSQ form.
- Selling products from the ‘shop’
- Coordinating/booking in of blood tests with the phlebotomist
- Administrative duties when directed by the practice manager
- Assisting reception and the booking team on the Welcome Desk, as needed
- Occasionally attending evening or weekend events

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters in a positive manner
- Computer literate
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with a team

Location: Hours are to be performed at our clinic in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

**Salary**: £24,843 per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.
