You will be part of a team responsible for analysing our existing client base of over 3000 companies in 45 countries and helping the account management team identify suitable bids to engage with.

This is a graduate level role and full on site training is provided.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and analyse our existing client base to identify suitable bids and accounts for account management teams to engage with.
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure the best solutions are identified and then discussed with the clients.
- Ensure all relevant data is accurate and updated on the database.
- Generate, maintain and manage project plans and track projects.
- Analyse performance trends, develop recommendations and plans for improvement.
- Develop a sound working knowledge of clients in order to advise the account management teams on new business potential and pursue leads.
- Hold a Degree.
- Highly numerate with an analytical mindset.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- A driven and organised self-starter.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A fast learner, able to pick up and understand new processes quickly.
- Navigating our 11 sector-specific tendering portals to identify relevant opportunities and to bring these to the attention of our client base. You will be briefed on these clients and the specific opportunities they are looking to secure, so you can proactively monitor live/upcoming tenders that can be shared with these people.
- Post-Submission account management - After we have written a tender, completed a technical critique of a tender response, or delivered any piece of consultancy, we check-in with the client to receive feedback on their experience working with us, and to see if they need any other support with their tendering efforts. This will be your responsibility. You will need to record all consultancy work that has been delivered, and contact each of these people after an agreed period of time, to see if they were successful with their bid and if there are any other services they are looking to outsource.
- Recording data - This includes keeping track of inbound leads, quotations and income, which will feed into wider senior management discussions to evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Attending meetings - You will participate in a weekly virtual meeting that involves the UK and US sales team. You will need to confidently report on each of the roles you have completed that week, and offer insight into any challenges that have arisen from doing these.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
