Part-time/ Periodical Housekeeper in South

Our private clients are seeking a Housekeeper for their second residence in south Kensington. The family of 4 are in residence for roughly 3 months per year for 1-2 weeks per visit.

The family are seeking an experienced Housekeeper with excellent initiative, strong verbal English and good communication skills to spend 4 hours per week at the home each week when the family are away to keep the house in good order. When the family are in residence, the Housekeeper will be expected to work 7 days per week.

**Duties include**:

- Cleaning, ironing, laundry (including deep cleaning when family are not in resident, using own initiative)
- Reporting repairs to family office
- Grocery shopping before the family arrives.
- Cooking light meals (desirable but not essential)
- Manage float money, retain receipts, and to provide to the office accountants.

**Working days & hours when family away**: 4 hours per week (flexible as to when)

**Working days and hours when family are in residence**: 8 - 10 hours per day

**Start date**: ASAP

**Salary**: £20 per hour on a self-employed basis (open to payroll)

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
