**About the Role**:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a proactive Bookkeeper to join our team, based in Hornby, on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, fostering enduring relationships built on trust and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily on-site bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Implement Xero and 'app-stacks' tailored to each client's requirements.
- Deliver accurate and timely management information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Assist in generating monthly accounts and reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Conduct reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
- Prepare and post journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, and more.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly supplier payments, managing accounts payable.
- Manage accounts receivable and credit control to support healthy cash flow.
- Streamline processes to simplify clients' lives and drive business growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- Fully qualified AAT or "Qualified by experience".
- Full UK driving licence.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in technology, including Excel and accountancy apps.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Xero is preferred.
- A hunger for learning and development to excel in the role.
