We have a full-time permanent opening for an experienced multi-skilled operative to work as part of a growing team. Based in Cardiff, we provide reactive, planned, and on-call maintenance services in South Wales. The company has a strong culture surrounding hard work, dedication, customer service, attention to detail and teamwork.

**Role Requirements**
- Possess proven experience/qualifications in at least 3 core trades (Copies of qualifications to be provided).
- Hold a full, UK driving license.
- Be able to work using own initiative and as part of a team.

**You’ll also be able to demonstrate**:

- A high standard of work and finish within required core trades.
- Various multi-trade skills and experience, sufficient to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first-time fix).
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment within allocated time frames.
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information using a phone app.
- The ability to work alone and as part of at team demonstrating organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to make sound decisions and solve problems seeking any advice required.
- The ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
- The ability to operate safely having taken into account any environmental circumstances and possible risks.
