Polegate, United Kingdom Care Remedies ltd Full time

Established Domiciliary Care Company now require a part time Care Co-Ordinator. You will be office based in our beautiful setting with hours of work being 09:00- 16:00 Wednesday - Friday.

You role will be co-ordinating and supporting staff and clients keeping them independent in their own homes.

You will require good IT skills, an excellent telephone manner, be very organised and have a Qualification in Health and Social Care. You will also need to have your own transport as our clients are community based. Partaking in the on call rota will also be part of the role as a minimum of 1 in 4 weekends and some days during the week when needed.

We can offer a full time contract if you wish to do home carer on the days you don't work in the office.

We will provide free training and uniform. Excellent rates and holiday pay.
