Specialising in a combination of traditional and modern printing and bookbinding methods, the business has a reputation built on outstanding service and attention to detail. The proud holders of two Royal Warrants, Barnard & Westwood work with some of the most prestigious institutions and companies in the country.

**Main tasks**:

- Operating printing machinery in our Central London workshop including:

- Lithographic GTO press
- Guillotine
- Miscellaneous hand finishing machinery
- Training will be given to further develop skills on all machines, including Letterpress/ foil blocking platen presses and Die stamping presses

**Essential characteristics**:

- Previous experience within the printing industry
- Attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of some or all of the desired printing processes
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good time management
- Ability to work well in a small, close-knit team
- Mature approach
- Fit and healthy due to some lifting requirements
- Overtime options
- Be comfortable with starting work early. The hours would be 7:30am - 4pm (Monday to Friday) with the occasional need to work overtime when facing very tight deadlines
- Have a desire to continue to learn new skills. Further training on additional processes will be required

**Holiday Allowance**: 25 days + standard UK bank holidays
