Right Now Group have exciting new opportunities based at Luton Airport to be working as a Turnaround Coordinator. This is your chance to be a part of a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for the safe and secure turnaround of aircraft from arrivalto departure.

**Salary: £ 11.88 per hour**

**Hours: 30 hours per week**

**Location: Luton**

**As a Turnaround Coordinator your responsibilities will be**:

- Coordinating post arrival and pre-departure activities of the aircraft.
- Ensure paperwork related to the aircraft turnaround is completed.
- Coordinating the loading and unloading of the Aircraft.
- Ensuring departures leave on time by coordinating and communicating effectively with the Ramp operation and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure that the fuel is loaded and confirmed with the Captain and fuel provider.
- Assisting with disruption management.
- Comply with all airlines weight and balance documentation and load sheet regulations.
- Convey loading instructions to ramp staff.

**Desired Skills**:

- To be well organised.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be able to work well under pressure and react positively to any situation.
- Manage and coordinate teams.
- Experience in weight and balance beneficial.
- Ideally have previous experience in a ground handling role.
- Driving licence desirable.

**Initial training provided**

**5 year reference check and Enhanced DBS check will be obtained.
