Role: Interim HR Consultant
Location: Leighton Buzzard

**Salary**: £200 - £300 per day depending on experience
We have an opportunity for a HR Consultant to join a EMEA HR team, working alongside US, Germany and Spain based colleagues on a number of projects linked to the transition process following an acquisition.
The focus of the role will be to support a number of small projects including:
*Integration of new HR system to EMEA
*Transition of payroll for 10 countries by year end
*Create job description catalogue
*Process review in line with security and quality requirements. Updating and creating internal processes and process maps
*Creation of HR pages on intranet
*Reviewing employee induction process
*Creating standardised interview process
*Highly organised
*Able to communicate clearly and confidently with multiple stakeholders
*Experience across EMEA / US would be preferable
*Systems / payroll experience
