Starting pay is from £10.50 per hour plus an equal share of tips with 100% of the tips going to the team. Pay is bi-weekly. We are open from 8.30am till 5pm - NO LATE NIGHTS

We are Down The Hatch, an authentic Canadian diner focusing on diner style food with a fresh locally sourced twist, big flavours, huge portions and all things Canadian We focus on huge portions, dirty burgers, loaded fries, wings to mention a few

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring cleaning tasks are carried out as quickly as possible and to a high-standard
- Collect and wash up pots and pans
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery
- Unload food and consumable deliveries, whilst following compliance checks, e.g. van temp
- Being a key player in the day to day smooth running of the kitchen.
