**People Advisor**

Location - Bath office and Hybrid working - onsite 2-3 days per week

Salary - £35,000 (plus competitive benefits)

Hours - 37.5 hours per week, we are willing to consider part time hours however this must be across 5 days Monday - Friday.

**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented HR advisor to join a newly created role within our people team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious People Advisor for a role which offers the chance to unlock your potential and make a real impact whilst developing your career within ORX.

The main responsibilities include (see JD for full list):

- Line management of our People Coordinator
- Deputising for the People Manager
- Advising on ER cases
- Upskilling line managers
- Maintaining and creating policies
- Managing the recruitment process
- Leading on project work and wellbeing
- Analysing HR data

**Role requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- ER experience
- CIPD (level 5) or equivalent
- Ability to adapt quickly to a reactive environment
- Being able to contribute to Continuous Improvement of HR Systems & Practices
- Highly organised and results focused, with outstanding organisation skill
- Builds relationships, seeks to understand and partner with the business and drive the right outcomes
- A ‘digital first’ mindset and the ability to identify efficiencies and implement change The
- Proactively identify and encourage continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and driven
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous line management responsibility
