**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
- Initiate and plan projects: Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Align deliverables: Direct all project stages and ensure that the project team's work aligns with the strategy and goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments: Report and resolve risks that could interfere with project completion.
- Implement quality control processes: Test outputs to verify quality, flag any quality issues to our Head of QA.
- Participate in tender processes and submit tenders on behalf of the company.
- Track and manage project budget and costs effectively.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer on project status and issues.
- Facilitate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in project management and a strong background in childcare and school PE provision.
- Experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and strong MS Office skills.
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- The willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
