About the Role.

The Product Management function facilitates the creation of digital products, services and solutions for customer facing B2C propositions, as well as B2B clients.

There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the squad at Stream as we launch our enterprise product into the market.

You will have the opportunity to facilitate the commercially driven creation of native mobile apps (Apple, Android), web apps and Connected TV. You will be representing the amazing portfolio of products that deliver the highest quality and most reliable viewing experience to our customers and end-users.

We have an established Agile approach to technology development, innovation and delivery and your role will be central to that. As part of the front-end squad, you’ll have the opportunity to facilitate ceremonies as well as being part of the squad delivering exceptional products and services.

Key Accountabilities
- Be the Product Owner for assigned Products.
- Manage products and projects for external clients.
- Support clients and other stakeholders during onboarding and project delivery.
- Conduct business analysis on new requests to ensure they are compatible with wider company objectives.
- Facilitate obtaining and communicating development time estimations and costs for commercial quotations.
- Ensure that the necessary processes (documentation, ceremonies, meetings, reports) are in place to define requirements for Technical Delivery and communicate status to management and clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Work with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to understand their business goals and ensure delivery reflects those needs.

- Experience in a similar role working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements to Developer and Engineers?
- Knowledge of Jira? (Desirable not essential)
- Experience taking part in and facilitating Agile ceremonies covering daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, demos and refinement sessions?
