£19.52 per hour PAYE

Our client is looking for an experienced Environmental Enforcement Officer.

To work as part of our Environmental Enforcement Team and have responsibility for Dog Warden duties including the collection of stray dogs, promotion of responsible dog ownership, enforcing dog control legislation and maintaining statutory records.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required, with good ICT skills using a variety of Microsoft packages. A full valid driving licence is essential to undertake the job role using a Council vehicle and will be required to complete and pass an internal driving assessment. An enhanced DBS will be required due to potential contact with vulnerable members of the community.
