HR Advisor

North Nottingham (hybrid working) with travel across local sites

6 month FTC - could be extended to 12 months or go permanent

Full Time - 37 hours

£30,000 - £34,500 + plus excellent benefits package

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a 6-12 month FTC for a not-for-profit organisation in North Nottingham. Our client offers a fantastic, friendly and remote environment as well as the opportunity for you to get your teeth stuck into a varied role.

My client is looking for an experienced and hard-working HR professional who is eager to get hands on. They are looking for a personality where you are positive and have a can do attitude. It is essential that you are a Level 5 CIPD qualified/hold membership.

The HR Advisor role is generalist in nature and will work closely with the HR Team and Manager supporting on a range of areas:

- Provide a HR advisory service in relation to all ER matters
- Manage and take responsibility for own area of case work including complex cases
- Build relationships with managers and support them with complex HR matters
- Support job evaluation process
- Understand recruitment process and support the HR team with advice on advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding etc.
- Oversee and authorise contractual documentation
- Update and maintain HR and payroll information
- Contribute to the development of HR systems
- Prepare reports and relevant information to support performance indicators
- Assist in the development of updating HR polices and procedures
- Assist in the design and delivery of HR relayed training
- Support managers on restructures - TUPE etc
- Support and promote the HR shared service
- Lead on specific work/projects
